One REIT was incorporated, pursuant to the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, on June 25, 2013, with the Asset Management Company as the organizer and listed on the J-REIT section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (securities code: 3290) on October 9, 2013.
