(Nasdaq: HUBC) (“HUB Security” or the “Company”), a global provider of confidential computing and secured data fabric technologies, today announced that it received a letter (the “Letter”) on May 18, 2026, from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it has not yet filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 2025 (the “Form 20-F”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The Letter is standard practice in the event of a delayed periodic financial report filing. The Letter is only a notification of deficiency, not of imminent delisting, and has no current effect on the listing or trading of the Company's securities on Nasdaq.
